Well... yeah, when you push it. I mean, my Audi's instant readout goes to like 5mpg when I floor it. I just meant that what you said at first sounds more like what someone would say about a big-block with a big cam and supercharger or something. The 302 isn't really a gas hog.

No, i really mean it got 9mpg. Not instant readout. It really got just 9 mpg. Best it ever got was like 14.
I know nothing about a 302's fuel consumption, i was trying to be funny.
